Join us for our virtual Peer Workshop: Facing Your Feelings

This workshop focuses on the various human emotions, the importance of identifying them and will provide an introduction to the feeling wheel. There will be an overview on how avoidance and numbing can lead to negative mental health outcomes. In addition, participants will learn healthier alternatives and learn techniques on how to name and work with their feelings.
