December 22ndStride Raises Fund through the GIVE Oakville Campaign
Stride has raised a total of $8,913.88 through the GIVE Oakville Campaign.
The GIVE Oakville campaign is a collective community giving program. Funds received from this campaign will be used to enhance Stride’s Equity Diversity and Inclusion efforts.
Again this year, The Foundation provided the only online community-granting program for local charitable purposes. The Foundation’s role is to help build knowledge about the local needs in our community as well as to bring awareness to our local charitable sector. The GIVE Oakville Guide was shared broadly with OCF Fundholders and public-at-large highlighting the important work we are doing in our community while helping to direct more funding locally. All support received through the campaign informed and guided The Foundation’s own granting dollars.
This grant to Stride was made possible through support from:

- AMPed for Life - $500.00
- Ian and June Cockwell - $500.00
- Public donations - $5,100.00
