Join us for our Peer Workshop: Sunshine & Steps: A Summer Movement Workshop
A fun and interactive workshop exploring different ways to “Move towards Wellness’. We will discuss the benefits of incorporating daily exercise that supports and boosts mental health, explore different types of exercises and gentle movements, and we can have fun practicing some of them together in a safe space and at your own pace. This session emphasizes reconnecting with our body and breadth through accessible movement, regardless of ability or experience.
