Join us for our virtual Employment Readiness Workshop and Discussion: Self-Care

In this workshop, individuals will gain an understanding of what self-care is, what it may look like and the benefits of it. Participants will be guided through interactive activities, discussions and different scenarios. Facilitators will introduce a mental health maintenance plan and present a variety of coping skills useful for practicing self-care in the workplace.
